Valentines II

You've yet to find your beaming sun
And have m as your only moon
Sunrise seems forever away
So morning is coming none too soon

Is your heart still bleeding velvet tears
From your sould and not a rose
THen perhaps something must quell your fears
This time my pen will bleed I suppose

Let these words now be that flower
Their dark red ink your blazing sun
To tell of how amazing you are
And what a beautiful woman you have become

Remember always that you're as beautiful
As the most vivid red in the morning sky
And, to me, at least, you're more unique
Than the luminous wings of a butterfly

And I know some time your white knight will come
As bright and white as a morning's ray
So just sit tight, in the beautiful night
Because sunrise is coming, I promise, some day
